412 checkpoints covering structure, joinery, glazing, tiling, MEP, drainage falls, HVAC balancing, and every wet area. Thermal and moisture surveys are included from Complete upwards.
NHBC Standards and the relevant British Standards, including BS 5606 for tolerances and BS 5385 for tiling. Each defect entry cites the clause it fails, so there is nothing to argue about.
Your DLP typically runs for twelve months from handover. We diarise an 11-month warranty check under Complete and Remote Concierge, so anything that has emerged is raised while the developer is still liable.
Yes. Remote Concierge covers key collection under power of attorney, a live walkthrough at a time that suits you, utility setup, and developer liaison through to sign-off.
We restate the measurement and the clause in writing and escalate. Most disputes end there. Where they do not, the report is written to stand up in a formal complaint.
